MY STORY
As a homeowner myself, I have always wanted to help others buy their first home. I am very interested in helping first-time homeowners afford the home of their dreams. There are many opportunities for homeowner to get assistance with their down payments and closing cost.

I have worked with Buyers and Sellers buying and selling homes in the Philadelphia area for over a decade. Today, there is money available for First-time home buyers. There are many times during the year that banks and the City of Philadelphia will offer grant money towards down payments of homes purchased in the city. Our Mission is to help educate and prepare our clients to be able to qualify for a mortgage and work with anyone and everyone who would like to be a homeowner. Our commitment to help educate homeowners on how to qualify for a mortgage and then qualify for any grant money that is available.​
